Bidding is online only on HiBid at toledoliquidations.hibid.com. Create a free HiBid account, open the auction and click Register to Bid. There is no in-person bidding.
Yes. A 10% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price. Example: a $100 winning bid becomes $110, plus sales tax.
The credit card on file with your HiBid account is charged when you win. There’s nothing else to send.
Yes. Sales tax (currently 6.75%) applies to all purchases, unless you send us your resale certificate before the auction so it can be added to your account. Email it to info@toledoliquidations.com. Certificates can’t be applied after the auction.
Small items: we ship them for you. Large items: we help coordinate freight with a carrier you choose and pay for.
Every auction lists one or two scheduled pickup days, each with its own pickup address and times, on the HiBid listing.
